Creating the Customer Experience

Some of the most meaningful human needs are to be heard, feel valued,  and belong.

In this workshop series, your team will be taken through a distinct process to build a customer experience statement, professional agreements, and pre and post customer meeting tasks.

The activities included require reflection, conversation, discerning, and distinct agreement between team members to align on the foundation of operations.

Most importantly, the process set ups measurable actions for leaders and team members to hold one another accountable and make real and lasting change in behavior.

By building this as a team, employees are validated and change is expedited because their voices are heard and they personally shape the parameters within which they work every day.
